Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax for the state of Virginia. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address.

Order Fulfillment

All orders will be fulfilled two days after the payment is processed. In the event that it cannot be fulfilled within that time frame, you will be notified with an updated fulfillment date.

Shipping Information

• USPS Priority

This shipping method is determined by where you are located. Once your order is fulfilled, you will be notified of your confirmation and shipping details for tracking purposes.

During the summer months of June, July, and August, orders will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. This is to reduce the amount of time a package sits in a warehouse over the weekend, as candles can melt.

International Shipping 

 We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases made on Aromabyamz.com may be returned by the customer within 14 calendar days of delivery if the product is unused, and in new and original condition. Aroma by Amz does not cover return shipping costs or services.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product.

For breakages during shipping, we require photo evidence of any broken products in order to issue any refunds or replacements. The time bound on this is 10 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us at service@aromabyamz.com for more details.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within the first 24 hours of submitting the order.
